Benjamin Group develops residential buildings across the neighbourhoods of Athens, and residential complexes on land we own in Chania, Crete. Around two hundred apartments are delivered to buyers each year - designed, built and handed over by teams we control end to end.
The second half of the business is quieter and longer. More than five hundred residential units sit in our own portfolio under long-term lease, alongside 25,000 square metres of commercial space and three hotels. We underwrite these to hold for decades, not to trade.

In Athens we acquire sites and ageing buildings in established neighbourhoods and rebuild them to a single specification. In Chania we hold a bank of plots and build residential complexes on them. Both are sold to private buyers and investors.
We retain commercial space, hotels and whole residential blocks on our own balance sheet, let on long leases and managed by our own team.
